Tintype of a Civil War Confederate soldier. Sixth plate tintype of a soldier with double breasted frock coat, housed in a leatherette case with minor surface wear. The tintype has a crease across the middle which has removed some of the image, but upon magnification you can see that the soldier wears an unmistakable roller buckle belt; one of the most common Confederate belts used. Due to the crease this is priced cheaper than a Confederate image normally would be. Condition II-
